Pumpkin Seed  Pumpkin Protein Pumpkin Protein
is derived from pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita moschata Duch.).

The seeds are treated via ETchem’s unique
and advanced processing technology to get the fine powder.
As this process is purely physical with no further extraction
or concentration, original flavor
in natural pumpkin seeds is preserved maximally.
Due to its pleasant nutty flavor and good dispersibility,
this pumpkin protein is ideal in dry powdered beverage mixes,
RTD beverages, nutritional bars,
and other food and supplement applications.

Pumpkin seed protein benefits

Since Pumpkin Seed Protein is 100% plant-based,

it naturally contains enzymes required

for the biosynthesis of all 20 amino acids,

unlike the human body. Humans can only produce

ten of the 20 amino acids. Unlike fat and starch,

the human body does not store excess amino acids for later use.

Therefore, it is recommended for humans to consume

supplements daily containing essential amino acids

to prevent the degradation of the body’s proteins,

including muscles, nucleic acid, hormones, immune response,

cellular repair, and other molecules essential for life.

Our Pumpkin Seed Protein naturally contains 60% of protein content.

This low-fat, plant-based protein can improve human’s immunity,

lower his/her risks for cardiovascular disease, increase muscle mass

and endurance, heighten mental focus, and burn fat.

NUTRITIONAL  INFORMATION

 Amino Acids Profile

There are 20 kinds of amino acids, which can be classified

as essential amino acids, semi-essential amino acids

and non-essential amino acids in nutrition.

Essential amino acids

There are nine essential amino acids which humans must obtain

from their diet in order to prevent protein-energy malnutrition

and resulting death. They are phenylalanine, valine, threonine,

tryptophan, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, lysine, and histidine.

Semi-essential amino acids

There are six semi-essential or conditionally essential amino acids

whose synthesis can be limited under special pathophysiological conditions,

such as prematurity in the infant or individuals in severe catabolic distress.

These six are arginine, cysteine, glycine,
glutamine, proline, and tyrosine.

Non-essential amino acids

There are five dispensable amino acids which humans
are able to synthesize in the body. These five are alanine’.

aspartic acid, asparagine, glutamic acid and serine
